One Thai opened on West Street years ago, with a short menu, a few tables, and the kind of nervous optimism you only have when you're cooking recipes you have learned at home for strangers.
The menu has grown — a little classic, a little modern, always honest — but the room is still small, the kitchen is still ours.
BYOB
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol for a small corkage fee of £2 per person. We will provide glasses and ice. We do not have limits as to how many drinks each person can bring but do please drink responsibly.
Please note we do not sell alcohol ourselves.

Fried battered sea bass fillet topped with aromatic herbs sauce, garlic, peppers, onions and red chillies. Served on lettuce.
Freshly made sweet-tangy tamarind sauce is poured over duck breast or sea bass fillet, served on a bed of lettuce. Topped with crispy shallots and coriander.
Wild ginger, lemongrass, basil, onions, peppers and fine bean. Truly unique Thai herbs, stir-fried with your choice of protein and red chillies. Please note that this dish cannot be made mild.
Spicy, sweet, and tangy duck dish. Sliced skinless duck breast stir-fried with tamarind sauce, garlic, onions, peppers and red chillies. Served on a bed of lettuce.
Please tell our staff. Most dishes can be made vegan or nut-free. All dishes are dairy free.
