Excellent food, and extremely friendly people. Had the best Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten. Would gladly come into town just to eat here again.

Eat regularly at One Thai and have always had great food and service. Went last Saturday and we had penang curry with chicken and stir fry with pork, both very tasty. Happy to recommend.

We had a wonderful meal at this cafe yesterday and the food was some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I had dishes I’ve never tried before. The way they cook the duck in the stir fry and curry was so soft and melt in your mouth. We started with the ribs and fish cakes (both perfect) but the ribs in particular are the nicest tasting ribs I’ve had anywhere. The cinnamon and star anise flavour, I will have to steal that idea. The red and green curry’s were so tasty. OH said the pad Thai noodles were the best he has ever tasted as they were not too sweet. I would have liked to see a Som tam on the menu as I just adore that spicy salad but the meal was excellent with out it. My favourite dish was the one I’d never had before, called Pad kraprow Talay! We will 💯 % be back here and am also planning to bring my best friend as she adores Thai food too. Thank you very much as service was on point too. 😊

Lovely lunch We loved this the food was delicious and the waitress was fantastic and very attentive. My husband had the seafood mix which was delicious and plenty of it. Extremely reasonable prices and nice atmosphere. Beautifully clean toilets too !We will be back thank you x

Dropped in VERY hungry. Made an order online. Paid in restaurant. Had a chat with delivery driver in my very bad Spanish, they're from Hungry, sorry bad spolling... Hungary....and practicing his Spanish because there's an Ecuadorian member of staff! Walked home. Got back home and 2 minutes later food arrives! Min spend £25, but I've some leftovers to finish. 2 meals for £25! #peoplelikeus in Bishop's Stortford! 10☆ if I could because the food was ffffffffffantastic! ❤️❤️❤️ Wheelchair accessibility: Up some stairs to the restaurant, but they do deliver.

Lovely polite staff, food was very good. I gave One Thai an average for atmosphere but we went early one Saturday evening and some clientele were s bit raucous which is to be expected. I will definitely go back

We booked a table for five on Saturday night. Good choice of vegetarian and fish dishes which tasted great. The bring your own policy keeps the costs down. £2 / bottle corkage charge is reasonable for wine, but if taking beers, get large bottles! They provide all the beer or wine glasses needed.

An excellent place to eat, some of the best, tastiest Thai food we've ever had. Very welcoming and friendly staff and a bustling atmosphere. The place is cash-only and bring your own alcohol, but don't let that put you off. It's 100% worth a visit - once you do you'll be back for more. 🤤

Great tasty food, reasonably priced and lovely personal service.

My favourite Thai café My favourite Thai café. I've reviewed it before but it continues to be excellent and is worth a repeated review. What is good about the café is - in no particular order - the staff, the price and the food. There's no dish that isn't worth recommending, but my favourite is pad kraprow. Try it with beef, and if you're brave, ask for it 'Thai hot'. It's not a restaurant where you can sit comfortably for hours, but it is a place where friendly staff will supply you with an excellent meal for under a tenner. There's no better recommendation than that.

I have eaten in the restaurant and had deliveries from One Thai. The food is delicious and fresh and is the best local Thai restaurant in the area. With one delivery, the soup spilled out during transit - the owner refunded me and also gave 20% discount which was automatically applied when ordering again online. Fantastic food and brilliant customer service! Will keep coming back.

Takeaway lunch Got a takeaway with friends on a Saturday lunchtime. It was the first time of ordering and we were all really impressed by the quality of the food.

Best place to eat in Ware One Thai is my favourite cafe/restaurant in Ware. I have eaten here a hundred times or more, with friends, colleagues, and family. The place is quite small and it can get hot inside on a sunny day. When it's full up (usually in the evening), service can sometimes be a little slow. Most times, though, service is exemplary. These are tiny faults compared to the virtues of One Thai, which is the quality of the food, the helpfulness of the friendly staff, and the amazing price for such good food. The food is always of a high standard, with beautiful sauces and as much or as little spice as you like. Portions are generous. So far I've eaten every dish on the lunchtime menu, always with chicken or beef, and never had a bad meal. Before I had the Pad Thai, I was not a fan of noodles. Now I highly recommend the dish. The dinner menu is even more lavish and cannot be beaten on price.
