How can I find you?
We are located on the High Street in Ware, two doors down the road from High Street Tesco Entrance. Our address is 1 West Street, Ware, SG12 9EE. Check ‘Find Us’ page for more information.
How can I order takeaway or delivery? Can I order it in advance?
You can call us on 01920 478978 or send us an order via Facebook Messenger. We also accept orders by email (cafe@onethai.com).
You can pre-order food from 12 pm on the days we are open. We strongly recommended ordering in advance on Friday and Saturday.
Where can I park?
The nearest car park is about 5 minutes walk from the cafe. For collections, you can stop on High Street or Church Street, within a 1-minute walk. It is also possible to park right in front of the cafe after 7 pm. Check the ‘Find Us’ page for more information.
What are your opening hours and days?
We are open from Tuesday to Saturday.
Lunch service starts at 11.30 AM. The last order is at 2 PM and the door close at 3 PM.
Evening service starts at 6 PM, with the last order by 9.30 PM. You are welcome to stay until late.
Delivery service is available from 6 PM.

Do you have any vegan or vegetarian dishes on the menu?
Most vegetable dishes on our menu is either already vegan or vegetarian or we can modify the recipe to make it vegan or vegetarian. Please let us know your dietary requirements when placing an order, our staff will assist you with menu options.
Do you have gluten free options?
You can find a good selection of Gluten-free dishes on our menu. Please speak to our staff.
I have an allergy, can you cater for me?
We have an extensive selection of dishes for customers with allergies, please speak to staff to discuss which dishes can be made suitable for your dietary requirements.
Do you deliver food?
Yes, we deliver food in Ware in Bishops and surrounding areas. We limit the distance we travel to 10 miles / 15 minutes drive time. Our Ware cafe delivers to Hertford, Broxbourne, Royston, Hunsdon, Standon, Puckeridge, Braughing, Bengeo, Dane End. Restaurant in Bishops Stortford delivers within 5 miles / 15 minutes drive area – Sawbridgeworth, Stansted, Little Hallingbury, Alridge. Much Hadham to mention few. Give us a call if you are not sure if we can deliver to you.

How can I book a table for Christmas dinner?
At Bishop’s Stortford, the Christmas menu will be available until 31st December. To book a table, complete the request form found here, or contact our team on 01279 597683
If you are booking a table for seven or more guests, we will confirm the details over the phone. During the call, we will discuss set menu options, dietary requirements, and menu choices for kids.

Do you require deposit?
At Bishop’s Stortford only, we require £10 per person deposit to secure bookings for parties of 7 or more guests. The deposit can be paid over the phone, or using the booking request form found here. Your deposit receipt will be sent to you via email.
You don’t have to pay the deposit immediately, but it needs to be paid no later than three weeks before the reservation date. If we haven’t received the deposit in time, we may cancel the reservation.
You can change the reservation date, and the number of guests, or cancel the booking up to 7 days prior to the booking date. The deposit is non-refundable past this date (any refunds outside these terms and conditions is subject to the management team’s discretion).
We will deduct the deposit amount from your bill on the day of the event. We will keep £10 per person for any no-shows.
How can I make changes to my booking?
For large parties of seven or more, you can modify the number of guests or the reservation date up to 7 days prior to the booking date. We will try to accommodate your requests depending on the restaurant’s availability. Menu choices can be finalized on the day of the event. Please call us to make any changes.
In exceptional circumstances, we will consider cancellation and deposit refunds outside of the terms and conditions. Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will do our best to assist. Please note the deposit rule is applicable in Bishop’s Stortford only. We do not require deposits in our cafe in Ware.
For tables of 6 or fewer, you can make changes by following a link in your booking confirmation email or calling the restaurant.
Is Christmas Menu available in all One Thai Restaurants?
The Christmas Menu is available in Bishop’s Stortford only, until 31st December.
Our Ware cafe will continue to do an a la carte menu only.

Both a la Carte and Christmas menus are available to our guests at Bishop’s Stortford for tables of six or fewer. For larger tables, our team will assist you in choosing the right set menu for you/
