Thai cuisine is full of ingredients. The recipes are quite extensive, for example, green curry paste contains 15 main components. Such complexity leads to many of the dishes containing various allergens.
At One Thai, we cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, from gluten-free dishes to nut or crustacean allergies. Let us know your specific needs and we will provide you with a choice of dishes. We may be able to modify some of our recipes to suit your needs better.
Due to the small size of our kitchen and shared workstation, we make ask you to order your meal at a specific time to ensure that dishes are not cross-contaminated with allergens.
