In these challenging times, there is nothing more important than staying safe and healthy. We have introduced a number of measures to ensure we adhere to social distancing rules and maintain the highest standards of hygiene.
Contactless Service - Takeaway & Delivery
Our procedure allows us to ensure we maintain distance at all times and limit physical interaction to a minimum.
Ordering
Please place your order by phone, or send a message via Facebook Messenger. Our friendly staff will answer any queries and make suggestions if requested.
Payment
You can pay with card over the phone. We can also send a payment link to you phone of via Facebook Messengr
Collection
We have set up a collection desk as you enter the cafe. The desk is cleaned before your visit and there is a sanitiser on the table. Staff will wear mask and maintain distance.
Delivery
The driver maintains distance during deliveries, wears a face mask, and avoids direct contact. The car is cleaned between deliveries and
Table Service
We offer table service in our cafe. To ensure safety and compliance with Covid19 regulations, we have reduced the number of tables in the cafe. Tables are spaced 1 meter apart.
The tables and chairs are sanitised after each visit. Hand sanitiser is available on all tables and by the entrance to the cafe.
Staff wears face mask at all times and maintain contact to a minimum.
We use single-use menus. We accept contactless payment methods.
Cleaning Routines
In addition to our standard rigorous cleaning procedures, we have introduced additional measures like sanitising all touchpoints prior to a guest visit and regularly cleaning counter surfaces, door handles, doors, and light switches.
Our kitchen staff wear masks and gloves throughout the service. Front of the house staff cleans hands with sanitiser after serving each guest. We are operating the cafe with the same team over the weekend, all staff have been following social distancing rules and we check with the whole team for any symptoms of COVID19 prior to work.
Our driver ensures safety by cleaning and sanitising the car after each drop-off, as well as uses sanitiser prior to each delivery.
We also pay special care when taking deliveries from our supplier. Ingredients delivered to our cafe are removed from external packaging on arrival, where possible. Plastic packaging is thoroughly cleaned. Goods with long shelf life are left in a storeroom for four days before we use them.
After the service, the cafe is thoroughly sanitised including the floor, light switches, door handles and other touchpoints.
